Job Overview:
Globestar Edutech Pvt Ltd. is seeking a passionate Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in Pune. This role is designed for individuals who are motivated to promote career counseling services and drive awareness of our services within educational institutions and beyond. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for building strong relationships with both B2B (business-to-business) clients such as schools and educational institutions, and B2C (business-to-consumer) clients such as students and parents. The role will require regular visits to schools, executing strategic marketing initiatives, and working closely with internal teams to help attract new clients and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities: B2B Marketing (Schools and Educational Institutions):- School Visits and Relationship Building:
- Conduct regular visits to schools, colleges, and educational institutions to build lasting relationships with school administrators, counselors, and teachers.
- Promote Globestar Edutech’s career counseling services to school officials, explaining the value of our services in helping students make informed decisions about their higher education journey.
- Educate school officials about the benefits of partnering with us for career guidance, student admissions, and post-school planning.
- Foster long-term business relationships to ensure schools consistently engage with our services.
- Marketing Campaigns and Strategy Execution:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement digital and offline campaigns targeting schools and educational institutions.
- Develop and promote seminars, workshops, and career counseling sessions for school administrators and educators.
- Design and distribute marketing materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, digital content) aimed at B2B clients to support outreach efforts and expand visibility.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct research to identify new schools and educational institutions to target for marketing outreach.
- Monitor competitors in the education advisory space and industry trends to adjust marketing strategies effectively.
- Collect feedback from school visits to assess the effectiveness of current marketing efforts, making recommendations for improvements.
- Event Promotion and Coordination:
- Coordinate with the sales team to organize and promote events aimed at engaging school officials, such as workshops, seminars, and career counseling sessions.
- Ensure all events align with overall marketing goals and contribute to lead generation and brand awareness within schools and educational institutions.
- Lead Generation and Client Engagement:
- Build awareness among students and parents about Globestar Edutech’s services through direct marketing, including in-person engagement at schools, through digital channels, and via educational events.
- Establish strong client relationships with prospective students and parents, answering queries and providing personalized guidance on the benefits of career counseling and admissions services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion and offer customized service packages to students and families.
- Content Development:
- Assist in creating engaging and informative content for students and parents, such as brochures, blog posts, social media updates, and other marketing materials.
- Develop PowerPoint presentations to present our services to students, parents, and educational institutions.
- Event Promotion and Client Interaction:
- Promote events such as open houses, webinars, and career workshops aimed at engaging parents and students directly.
- Participate in student and parent interactions during events, ensuring their needs are met and providing high-level guidance on services.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the education sector, with exposure to both B2B and B2C environments.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with school officials (B2B) and students/parents (B2C).
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to create marketing materials (brochures, flyers, social media content) and PowerPoint presentations for both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience in event promotion and client relationship management.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple outreach activities, and follow through on leads.
- Highly proactive, energetic, and adaptable to different work environments.
- Passionate about education and career counseling services for students.
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with both B2B clients (schools, educational institutions) and B2C clients (students and parents).
- Salary Range: ₹6,00,000 - ₹8,00,000 per annum, based on experience and performance.
