Dussel Contract Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a SKILLED AND EXPERIENCE MARKETING MANAGER FOR A CONSTRUCTION AND INTERIOR COMPANY WITH RELEVANT INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED to join our growing team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and overall business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and ensure the successful delivery of key projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital and offline marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content development.
- Brand Development: Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content and materials that align with brand messaging and engage target audiences.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams to align on messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and analyze marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies to improve results. Prepare regular reports for senior leadership.
- Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets and ensure the efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and customer needs to inform marketing strategy.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- 10-15 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage and deliver complex marketing projects in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Strong strategic thinking with a focus on execution and measurable outcomes.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B or B2C marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Experience in brand management and creating impactful customer journeys.
