Our mission is to bridge the gap between educational institutions and students by providing comprehensive career guidance and admissions services.

Key Responsibilities:
This role will involve:
  • Building strong relationships with school administrators, counselors, and teachers through regular visits and strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Promoting Globestar Edutech's career counselling services to schools and educational institutions, highlighting the benefits of our expertise in student admissions and post-school planning.
  • Fostering long-term business relationships to ensure consistent engagement from schools.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to design and execute digital and offline campaigns targeting schools and educational institutions.
  • Developing and promoting seminars, workshops, and career counselling sessions for school administrators and educators.
  • Designing and distributing marketing materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, digital content) aimed at B2B clients to support outreach efforts and expand visibility.
  • Conducting research to identify new schools and educational institutions for marketing outreach and monitoring competitors in the education advisory space.

Requirements & Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the education sector, with exposure to both B2B and B2C environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with school officials (B2B) and students/parents (B2C).
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven ability to create marketing materials (brochures, flyers, social media content) and PowerPoint presentations for both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience in event promotion and client relationship management.
