Education Counsellor

Suraasa, a leading EdTech company, is seeking an Education Counsellor to empower teachers and inspire youth.
About the Role:
- As an Education Counsellor, you will work with school teachers, helping them supercharge their career growth.
- You will develop strong technical knowledge about Suraasa's educational products, industry, and customer base.
- Your primary goal is to support customers' purchase decisions, effectively prospect, pre-qualify leads, and counsel select customer groups.
Responsibilities:
- Cold call prospective clients and increase mass reachout via telecalling to identify key pain points.
- Build a thorough technical understanding of Suraasa's products and help potential customers understand what we have to offer through effective articulation.
- Engage with potential customers, provide counselling to certain segments, and refer qualified leads to appropriate senior counsellors.
- Maintain excellent and supportive rapport with all leads, improve show-up rates in counselling sessions.
- Follow up post-sale to collect feedback, ensure customer satisfaction, and gain referrals.
Qualification Criteria:
- Excellent verbal communication skills, strong conversationalist, and well-versed in English.
- Strong negotiation and objection handling skills with the ability to work within deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team while maintaining a professional, client-oriented attitude.
