Designation: Engineer Automation (Hardware) Role: Study Customers' Technical Offer and Prepare Optimal Design of Hardware that is cost-effective to both the Customer and the Organisation Education Qualification: BE / BTech (Electrical & Electronics) / (Instrumentation & Electronics) / (Electrical & Telecommunication) Years of Experience: 2 to 3 Years Travel Requirement: If required Job Profile Overview: We are looking for a skilled Automation Engineer with 2 to 3 years of experience specializing in Siemens and Rockwell hardware configuration. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IO mapping, IO testing, hardware firmware installation, and be adept at troubleshooting and executing Pre-FAT and FAT processes. Accountable and Responsible for: User Required Specification (URS) Automation (Hardware) & System Architecture VFDs & So Vs understanding Pn ID Domain & existing Third-Party integration, if any, at Customers' site Residual Queries ERP working knowledge SMEs Control Panel & Enclosures for Electrical components Automated Systems Control Systems PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) Sensors and Actuators Process Automation Instrumentation Automation Controllers HMI (Human-Machine Interface) Industrial Networks Control Panels Signal Conditioning Field Devices Automated Testing Equipment Maintenance and Calibration of Process Control Hardware Automation Engineering Digital inputs & Analogue inputs Local & remote IOS Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field. 2 to 3 years of experience in Siemens and Rockwell hardware configuration. Proficiency in performing IO mapping and IO testing. Strong knowledge of hardware firmware installation and updates. Experience in troubleshooting automation systems and controllers. Familiarity with Pre-FAT and FAT execution processes. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
