Nestasia is looking for a Senior Brand Manager who will have the end-to-end responsibility of analyzing our brand positioning, own the brand campaigns, plan & execute 360- marketing campaigns for Nestasia and gather consumer insights in order to shape and communicate our vision and mission and translate brand elements into strategies.ResponsibilitiesPLAN digital media for campaigns (brand and media calendar, budgeting, projections, growth)CREATE effective strategies and actionables, PR stories that can make Nestasia stand-out as a destination for homeDRIVE brand initiatives with external organizations and execute campaignsEVALUATE / monitor campaign performanceCOMMUNICATE effectively the brand persona and own all brand communication and brand positioningCOMMUNITY Building and consumer love, draw consumer insightsSOCIAL Media presence and growth including Influencer marketingPARTNER with agencies/brands and carry out product integration and strategic partnershipsTRACK market trends and competitor portfolio, trend analysis across consumer behavior, target market, industry scenarioRESEARCH new opportunities, white spaces for new product developmentQualificationsExcellent communication and analytical skillsShould have attention to detailsExperience in brand management from media house/tv company will be a plus point.Should have good work ethics and calm attitude3-5 years marketing experience where brand campaigns have been managed.Worked on 360- marketing campaignsAbility to work with multiple stakeholders/ external agencies including creativeDigital media understanding, planning and evaluationStrong creative sensibilitiesHigh ownership and passionExperience working on multiple projects and managing tight timelines
