IT Manager About the company: Cradlewise is a baby tech startup based out of San Francisco, Bangalore and Pune. We build smart baby products. Our first product is a smart crib for babies from 0 to 24 months of age. We’re passionate about our people, our customers, our values, and our culture Key Responsibilities: IT Support & Helpdesk: • Provide day-to-day technical support for laptops, desktops, software, and peripherals. • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including provisioning and de-provisioning of devices and accounts (Google Workspace, Slack, Confluence, etc.). • Troubleshoot common issues such as email problems, Wi-Fi connectivity, and software errors. • Manage IT ticketing systems to prioritize and resolve employee issues effectively. Saa S and Subscription Management: • Manage licenses and accounts for Saa S tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Confluence, Zoom, and others . • Track renewals, usage, and optimize costs of subscriptions. • Implement and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions for centralized access. Cloud Infrastructure & Network Management: • Assist with basic AWS management tasks, including spinning up instances, managing access permissions, and monitoring usage. • Maintain and troubleshoot VPNs, firewalls, and network devices. • Collaborate with third-party IT agencies to scale infrastructure or perform advanced cloud tasks. Endpoint Management & Security: • Ensure endpoint security by managing antivirus software and enforcing system updates and patches. • Implement and monitor basic cybersecurity policies (password policies, MFA, and phishing protection). IT Documentation & Inventory Management: • Maintain updated documentation for IT policies, processes, and tools. • Track IT hardware inventory, including devices, accessories, and replacements. • Create guides and training materials for employees on IT best practices. Vendor Management: • Liaise with external IT agencies and vendors for advanced support, hardware purchases, and infrastructure projects. • Evaluate new tools and technologies to improve IT operations.
