Cradlewise is a baby tech startup based out of San Francisco, Bangalore and Pune.We build smart baby products.

Our first product is a smart crib for babies from 0 to 24 months of age.Cradlewise smart crib comes with an integrated baby monitor that senses early signs of wakeup, learns from the baby’s sleep patterns and starts rocking along with music to soothe the baby back to sleep - just like a mom

Key Responsibilities:

IT Support & Helpdesk:

• Provide

day-to-day technical support

for laptops, desktops, software, and peripherals.• Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including provisioning and de-provisioning of devices and accounts (Google Workspace, Slack, Confluence, etc.).• Troubleshoot common issues such as email problems, Wi-Fi connectivity, and software errors.• Manage

IT ticketing systems

to prioritize and resolve employee issues effectively.

SaaS and Subscription Management:

• Manage licenses and accounts for SaaS tools like

Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Confluence, Zoom, and others .• Track renewals, usage, and optimize costs of subscriptions.• Implement and manage

Single Sign-On (SSO)

solutions for centralized access.

Cloud Infrastructure & Network Management:

• Assist with basic AWS management tasks, including spinning up instances, managing access permissions, and monitoring usage.• Maintain and troubleshoot VPNs, firewalls, and network devices.• Collaborate with third-party IT agencies to scale infrastructure or perform advanced cloud tasks.

Endpoint Management & Security:

• Ensure endpoint security by managing antivirus software and enforcing system updates and patches.• Implement and monitor

basic cybersecurity policies

(password policies, MFA, and phishing protection).

IT Documentation & Inventory Management:

• Maintain updated documentation for IT policies, processes, and tools.• Track IT hardware inventory, including devices, accessories, and replacements.• Create guides and training materials for employees on IT best practices.

Vendor Management:

• Liaise with external IT agencies and vendors for advanced support, hardware purchases, and infrastructure projects.• Evaluate new tools and technologies to improve IT operations.
