Job Overview

Sri Balaji University, Pune seeks a distinguished Associate Professor with expertise in Enabling Technology, IT Business Analytics, or related fields.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Teach and mentor students in the field of Enabling Technology, IT Business Analytics, or related areas.
  • Pursue a strong research agenda, focusing on publishing high-quality research papers.
  • Mentor students in research projects and guide them towards publication.
  • Stay current in the field through academic and professional activities.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience at the University/College level as Assistant/Associate Professor.
  • Prior teaching experience in Enabling Technology, IT Business Analytics, or related fields is highly desirable.
  • Evidence of published work in reputable journals or conferences.
  • Experience with curriculum development, program assessment, and accreditation processes.
Desirable Qualifications
  • UGC norms for Assistant/Associate Professor position.
  • A strong understanding of industry trends and challenges in Enabling Technology, IT Business Analytics, or related areas.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, Data Science, Cloud Computing, etc.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of research and teaching experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary: ₹20,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience).
