About Us:Bluvo Digital is a performance-driven marketing agency helping businesses grow with measurable results. We work with brands across e-commerce, SaaS, and education, running ROI-focused campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.The Role:We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience. You will be responsible for managing campaigns end-to-end, ensuring performance goals are met, and contributing directly to client growth.Key Responsibilities:- Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads- Manage budgets effectively to achieve ROAS, CPA, and CPL targets- Build structured campaigns and run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and landing pages- Analyse data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights- Collaborate with design and strategy teams to align campaigns with business goals- Stay updated on platform changes, tools, and performance marketing trendsRequirements:- Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing- Proven track record of managing ROI-positive campaigns- Strong knowledge of tracking, attribution, and audience segmentation- Analytical skills with the ability to turn data into strategy- Experience with SaaS, D2C, or education brands is a plusWhat We Offer:- Opportunity to work on diverse, high-growth client projects- Exposure to end-to-end strategy, not just campaign execution- Transparent and collaborative work culture- Remote-first setup with flexibility and ownership
