#Lead global sales initiatives, forge strong international client partnerships, and drive business development in the engineering/manufacturing sector. Identify and qualify new market opportunities worldwide
Build and maintain relationships with international clients and partners
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and sales forecasting
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with overseas customers
Drive lead generation, CRM management (Salesforce/HubSpot), and reporting
Coordinate with engineering, order processing, and logistics teams
BE in Mechanical Engineering + MBA (Marketing/Sales preferred)
~3–6 years in engineering/manufacturing sales with 3+ years in international markets
~ Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
~ Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and sales analytics tools
~ Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
~ Based in or willing to relocate to Nagpur; ready for international travel
#Report directly to the Sales Manager and work with senior leadership
Own the international sales pipeline and shape global growth strategy
