Job Description


Position overview: as a WordPress products developer at Dynamics Centre, you will play a key role in conceiving, designing, and developing WordPress products that cater to the evolving needs of WordPress users. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver user-friendly, feature-rich, and scalable products.

Responsibilities:

  • Product development: lead the development of WordPress products, including themes, plugins, or other software solutions, from concept to launch.
  • Product strategy: collaborate with the product management team to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and plan development sprints.
  • Coding excellence: write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to coding standards and best practices.
  • Testing and quality assurance: conduct rigorous testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of products.
  • Documentation: create comprehensive documentation for each product, including user guides, developer documentation, and release notes.
  • User support: provide timely and helpful support to product users, addressing inquiries, issues, and feature requests.
  • Product updates and maintenance: continuously update and enhance existing products, ensuring compatibility with the latest WordPress versions and addressing security vulnerabilities.
  • Performance optimization: optimize products for speed, resource efficiency, and overall performance.
  • Stay informed: stay up-to-date with WordPress industry trends, emerging technologies, and user feedback to drive product enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record as a WordPress products developer, with a portfolio demonstrating successful WordPress product development.
  • Proficiency in php, javascript, html, css, and mysql.
  • In-depth knowledge of WordPress core functionality, hooks, and APIs.
  • Strong understanding of WordPress coding standards, security best practices, and accessibility guidelines.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to craft creative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams and assist users.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (preferred).
