Job: Junior Web Developer - Tattva Wellness Spa
Location: Gurgaon
Eligibility: 2 - 3 years of experience in web development
Salary: 3 lacs - 5 lacs per annum

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a WordPress Developer located in Gurgaon. The developer will manage and optimize the front-end of Tattva Spa’s website site. The role focuses on creating an exceptional user experience, ensuring seamless functionality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the company’s business and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Front-End Development & UI/UX
- Design and implement responsive and visually appealing web pages for desktop and mobile platforms.
- Maintain consistency in design with Tattva Spa’s branding and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Optimize website performance, including page load times and overall usability.
2. WooCommerce Customization & Optimization
- Customize WooCommerce functionalities to enhance e-commerce features such as checkout flow, payment integrations, and product pages.
- Implement solutions to reduce checkout abandonment and improve conversion rates.
- Ensure secure and efficient e-commerce transactions by adhering to best practices.
3. Technical SEO Implementation
- Optimize on-page SEO elements like meta tags, schema markup, and site structure to improve visibility.
- Maintain clean, SEO-friendly code, with proper headings, image attributes, and accessibility compliance.
- Enhance website speed and achieve high scores on Google PageSpeed Insights.
4. Site Health Check & Maintenance
- Conduct regular site audits and resolve front-end issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform quality assurance (QA) testing before deploying changes.
- Monitor WooCommerce plugins for updates and compatibility issues.
- Share monthly reports on site performance, health checks, and resolutions.
5. Website Product Management
- Develop and manage the website roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Implement new features, optimize existing ones, and ensure smooth integration with CRM, payment systems, and marketing tools.
- Continuously improve website conversion rates, engagement metrics, and session durations.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive execution of campaigns and digital strategies.
- Collaborate with PPC and SEO teams to implement tracking scripts, tags, and analytics for campaigns.
- Coordinate seasonal offers and promotions with the marketing team.
Professional skills & knowledge requirement
- Strong command of WordPress theme and plugin development for front end development
- Should have decent control of HTML, CSS, and JS skills for back-end development
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, XHTML, CSS, and XML.
- Should have experience in building with woo-commerce
- Should have good Communication skills.
- Should have problem-solving, prioritizing tasks, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Should be able to understand and handle tasks independently.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Strong attention to detail
- Degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field
