We’re on the lookout for a Senior Talent Partner to be embedded with one of our most exciting clients in India. They're a premium, fast-scaling brand known for their innovation, culture, and commitment to excellence. You’ll be the driving force behind their hiring strategy, working inside their business as part of our Chapter 2 embedded model. Work fully embedded within a cutting-edge client, acting as their internal Talent Partner. Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor. Use data and insights to guide decision-making and continuously optimise recruitment outcomes.
