You will be responsible for sourcing, closing, and managing talent pipelines for critical roles, while partnering with leadership to improve recruitment processes. This is a high-impact role for someone who can balance operational excellence with strategic thinking and influence hiring outcomes across the organization. Key Responsibilities - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: understanding requirements, sourcing, interviewing, and closing offers. - Successfully close mid-to-senior level roles across multiple functions. - Partner with hiring managers and leadership to design and execute effective talent acquisition strategies. - Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. - Ensure a structured and positive candidate experience. - Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to overall team development. - Provide insights on market trends, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence to support hiring decisions. Candidate Profile - 36 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record of closing roles independently. - Experience recruiting for mid-to-senior level positions. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Exposure to TA strategy, process improvement, and team mentorship. - Leadership qualities with the ability to influence hiring decisions.
