We further plan to scale up our existing facilities and also expand into few more geographical areas.Medanta is constantly growing including launch of 'out-of-hospital' divisions which are comprehensive homecare services, pathology and pharmacy.Location : GurgaonWork Days : 6 days (Work from Office)Job Purpose:To ensure seamless Service Delivery and Customer SatisfactionKey Responsibilities :Managing Home Care appointments (Home Sample Collection, Nursing Care / Visits, Medicine delivery, Child and Adult Vaccination, Patient Care Giver at Home & Physiotherapy at Home)Handling customer complaints and follow-upsHandling calls — both inbound and outboundHaving knowledge of Home Care ServicesTracking and making recommendations for enhancing customer experience Home Care Services.Home Care operations assigned by supervisorDesired Skills :Good communication skills — both verbal and writtenGreat interpersonal skills and team work abilityGood analytical skills and quick thinkingDedication and passion to meet and exceed customer expectations — both internal and externalPositive, pro-active, motivated with “can-do” attitudeQualifications:2+ years of experience in healthcare/service industry/BPO
