**Job Overview**:
The Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing and optimizing day-to-day operational processes within the company. This role focuses on ensuring that operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with company objectives. The Operations Executive will play a key role in maintaining organizational efficiency, improving operational processes, and supporting cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Operational Support**:
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning across various departments.
- Monitor operational activities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
- Track and report on key operational metrics to assess performance and identify opportunities for process optimization.
- **Process Improvement**:
- Analyze operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose enhancements.
- Implement and monitor process improvements to streamline business operations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure best practices and optimal operational standards are maintained.
- **Inventory & Resource Management**:
- Oversee inventory control processes and ensure stock levels are maintained effectively.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods or services.
- Ensure efficient resource allocation to meet operational needs.
- **Coordination & Communication**:
- Serve as the point of contact for communication between different operational teams.
- Collaborate with management and other teams to ensure smooth execution of business strategies.
- Handle scheduling, planning, and coordination of resources for various operational activities.
- **Data Management & Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of operational activities, reports, and other relevant documentation.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, challenges, and progress.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- **Customer Service**:
- Provide operational support to ensure customer satisfaction and timely fulfillment of customer needs.
- Resolve operational issues or discrepancies related to customer orders, service delivery, or product availability.
- **Budgeting & Cost Control**:
- Assist in managing operational budgets, keeping track of costs and expenses.
- Recommend cost-saving initiatives and manage operational expenses within the allocated budget.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 2 + years of experience in operations, logistics, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of operational management systems and tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and operational software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
