It is committed to improving the lives of children, youth, women, and the environment by making significant social, cultural, and economic investments in three thematic areas—environment and sustainability, youth development, and women's empowerment. Working in close collaboration with rural communities and administration, Roundglass Foundation has impacted the lives of 2.4 million people in more than 2,400 villages in Punjab through its various on-the-ground programmes such as The Billion Tree Project, Learn Labs and Waste Management.

You will design and execute engagement strategies, ensure transparent communication, and align fundraising efforts with the Foundation’s mission and impact goals.

Donor Engagement & Relationship Management
Build and sustain strong relationships with donors through regular communication and trust-building.
Maintain and update donor database/CRM for tracking, segmentation, and analytics.
Support donor visibility through content, case studies, and impact stories.
Ensure compliance with donor requirements and regulatory standards.
Track and report on donor engagement metrics and fundraising performance.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Development Studies, Social Work, Communications, or related field.
~6+ years of experience in donor engagement, fundraising, partnerships, or grant management.
~ Proven track record in building strong donor relationships.
~ Experience with donor databases/CRM tools and fundraising metrics.
