Team Tead

We are looking **Team lead (Drayage) **for a logistic based company located in Mohali Location.

Required experience for this position is : 2-3 Years
Work Location : Mohali

**Roles and responsibilities**:
1. On a daily basis, make ensure compliance with operational targets (qualitative and quantitative) and take corrective action where necessary.

2. Perform daily LOD duties; ensure the team is productive and the store is meeting brand standards.

3. Monitor and manage compliance with Hours of Service (HOS) regulations to ensure all drivers and operations adhere to legal requirements.

4. Analyze and manage safety score ratings, identifying areas of risk and implementing strategies to improve overall safety performance.

5. Track and address any compliance violations, developing corrective action plans to prevent recurrence and maintain regulatory compliance..

6. Maintain accurate records of all compliance-related activities and prepare reports for internal and external audits.

7. Develop and deliver training programs to ensure all employees are knowledgeable about the Process.

8. Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and industry best practices, continuously improving compliance processes and protocols.

9. In-depth understanding of Drayage handling.

10.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to develop and implement effective compliance strategies.

11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to train and educate others.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift
