The Moonpreneur Innovator Program provides a well-rounded education in technical, soft, and entrepreneurial skills, improving overall academic achievements.Job Overview:We are seeking a Communication Skills instructor with expertise in American or British accents to represent the company in events and classroom sessions. This role involves:● Delivering instructional sessions in Power Skills (including Communication Skills, Graphic design, Google Suite, financial literacy, etc.) to our primarily Western audience, with a schedule aligned mostly with U.S. time zones.● Contributing as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in course design, review, and free trial delivery.● Training team members and ensuring the highest quality of session delivery.● Capturing and reporting detailed feedback on each session and student to senior management.● Managing various online platforms (Zoom, G-Suite, MS Office, etc.) with technical proficiency.Responsibilities:● Deliver/teach online sessions.● Maintain a consistent schedule and communication channel for outstanding customer service.● Regularly inform customers about session schedules and curriculum for both Classroom and individual sessions.● Conduct frequent assessments and provide feedback to students.● Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for session feedback and improvements.Required Qualifications:● Experience in delivering content/teaching children, especially younger students.● Ability to create a rapport with students of age 7 to 17 years.● Knowledge of current and future tech trends in the field of teaching.● Passion for learning and teaching.● Proficiency in the full range of G-Suite applications.This role is ideal for candidates with exceptional communication skills, particularly those with an American accent, looking to be the leading voice and face of our dynamic, forward-thinking company.
