Four founders pitch live, and the rest of the community watches to learn how investors think, what they ask, and what a good pitch looks like.We also run expert-led learning sessions, hosted by founders within the community - covering topics across GTM, marketing, sales, fundraising, product, tech, etc. Very practical learning, straight from people building companies.Role DescriptionThis is a role for a Community Manager. Remote location. The Community Manager will be responsible for engaging with the community, managing relationships, moderating discussions, planning and executing community events, monitoring feedback, and fostering a positive online and offline community environment. The role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure consistent messaging and a strong community presence.QualificationsStrong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skillsExperience in community engagement, social media management, and event coordinationProficiency in content creation, copywriting, and editingBasic understanding of analytics and reporting tools to measure community performanceAbility to handle feedback constructively and address community concerns effectivelyAbility to work independently with a proactive approach to tasksExperience in conflict resolution and creating positive interactions among community membersBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus
