Workday hcm integration consultant

Chennai, India Hexaware Technologies Full time

· 5+ years of recent Workday Certified experience in Workday Data Conversion with a Workday deployment partner preferred.

· 5+ years of professional services experience in a client-facing role at a leading consulting firm · At least two end-to-end experiences with data conversion processes between Workday/ another ERP to Workday.

· Hands-on experience with HCM data-gathering workbooks, and data-loading tools (i Loads, Advanced Load, Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs), Migration Recipes, etc.) and End to end data validations.

· Proficiency with Python and can make changes to Python code and test.

· Advanced or Expert proficiency in Excel · Experience with legacy ERP data extraction (Oracle, Peoplesoft, SAP) as well as data warehousing, data architecture, and data audits · Strong attention to detail with the ability to think from a big picture perspective.

· Ability to build and develop strong client relationships and drive client conversations.

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster an environment of collaboration and excellence.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.

Work location: Chennai/Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore/Noida/Coimbatore
