Workday Integration Consultant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM Integration Specialist with extensive experience in Workday Data Conversion and integration processes. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HCM data management, data conversion tools, and hands-on experience in Python scripting. They will work in a client-facing role to ensure smooth data conversion and integration between legacy ERP systems and Workday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workday Data Conversion: Lead data conversion processes between Workday and other ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.- HCM Data Management: Work with HCM data-gathering workbooks and data-loading tools such as iLoads, Advanced Load, Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs), and Migration Recipes.- Data Validation: Perform end-to-end data validations to ensure successful data migration into Workday.- Legacy ERP Data Extraction: Extract data from legacy ERP systems like Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP and ensure seamless integration with Workday.- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, drive conversations, and offer solutions for their data conversion needs.- Python Programming: Modify and test Python code to support data conversion and integration.- Leadership & Collaboration: Lead teams and foster an environment of collaboration and excellence.- Data Audits & Reporting: Perform data architecture analysis, data audits, and support data warehousing activities.- Client Communication: Communicate effectively in verbal and written formats, engaging with both internal teams and clients.- Technology Adaptation: Quickly learn and adapt to new technologies through instruction and self-training.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of recent Workday Certified experience in Workday Data Conversion.- Workday deployment partner experience preferred.- Hands-on experience with Workday data-loading tools (iLoads, Advanced Load, EIBs, Migration Recipes).- At least two end-to-end data conversion projects between Workday and another ERP system.- Strong proficiency in Python programming for making code changes and testing.- Expert proficiency in Excel for data analysis and manipulation.- Experience with legacy ERP data extraction (Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP).- Knowledge of data warehousing, data architecture, and data audits.- Strong attention to detail and the ability to think from a "big picture" perspective.- Leadership skills with a focus on collaboration and excellence.- Client management experience with the ability to build strong relationships.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
