Job Title: Workday HCM Integration Consultant

Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Coimbatore, Noida, Mumbai, Pune, Dehradun & Ahmedabad.

Experience: 5 - 12 Years


Job Descriptions:

  • 5+ years of experience working in Workday.
  • At least one full implementation of Workday, with demonstrated Workday technical and integration experience.
  • Experience building Workday Integrations with Workday Studio, BIRT reporting, EIB, and Core Connectors.
  • Experience with Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST, and WS standards).
  • Strong technical experience with XML and Java.
  • Experience in Workday reporting tools, including Report Writer, Worksheets, Calculated Fields, and dashboards.
  • Experience developing Workday custom reports and calculated fields.
  • Experience integrating systems with third-party service vendors.
  • Strong understanding of Workday security configuration, policies, and best practices.
  • Experience with security auditing, monitoring, and incident response.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
