We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Group Head with a talent for developing strong customer relationships and providing exceptional leadership to our client servicing team.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and inspire the client servicing team, ensuring high standards of service and creative solutions.
• Understand clients' products, services, plans, competitors, and target markets.
• Create campaigns and generate ideas based on the information gathered.
• Prepare reports and way-forward documents.
• Collaborate with planning and design teams to ensure efficient execution of clients' briefs.
• Meet clients to understand their marketing objectives/needs and conceptualize solutions.
• Make presentations for campaigns and launch events.
• Develop marketing plans and budgets for the campaign.
• Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Drive the team to achieve business objectives and exceed client expectations.
Qualifications/Skills:
• 10+ years of work experience in a mainline agency (not a media, event, or digital agency).
• Non-digital work experience is a must.
• Expertise in Brand Strategy, Planning, and Management.
• Proficiency in Client Management, Servicing, and Account Management (not accountancy).
• Strong skills in Creative Conceptualization and Orchestration with logical and analytical understanding.
• Ability to deliver results under strict deadlines.
• Meticulous eye for detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong team player with operational skills.
• Proven leadership abilities and experience managing and developing a team.
