Advertising Group Head

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Group Head with a talent for developing strong customer relationships and providing exceptional leadership to our client servicing team.

Alchemist Marketing & Talent Solutions specializes in 360-degree marketing and talent solutions. With over 14 years of experience in brand growth, Alchemist is supported by a national network of offices in Gurugram, Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, and Mumbai. We strive to be a young, innovative company with expertise in Strategy, Communication, Media Management, Creative Services, Events & Activation, Digital Marketing, Celebrity Management, and Turnkey Orchestration & IP. Our dedicated team develops and delivers tailored solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and inspire the client servicing team, ensuring high standards of service and creative solutions.• Understand clients' products, services, plans, competitors, and target markets.• Create campaigns and generate ideas based on the information gathered.• Prepare reports and way-forward documents.• Collaborate with planning and design teams to ensure efficient execution of clients' briefs.• Meet clients to understand their marketing objectives/needs and conceptualize solutions.• Make presentations for campaigns and launch events.• Develop marketing plans and budgets for the campaign.• Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.• Drive the team to achieve business objectives and exceed client expectations.
Qualifications/Skills:
• 10+ years of work experience in a mainline agency (not a media, event, or digital agency).• Non-digital work experience is a must.• Expertise in Brand Strategy, Planning, and Management.• Proficiency in Client Management, Servicing, and Account Management (not accountancy).• Strong skills in Creative Conceptualization and Orchestration with logical and analytical understanding.• Ability to deliver results under strict deadlines.• Meticulous eye for detail.• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Strong team player with operational skills.• Proven leadership abilities and experience managing and developing a team.
