Job Description:

The Majesco Policy Center is a comprehensive policy administration solution designed for the insurance industry. It helps insurers manage the entire policy lifecycle from quoting and underwriting to policy issuance and servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Policy Administration Manage the end-to-end policy lifecycle including quoting underwriting issuance and servicing.
  • Configuration and Customization Configure and customize the policy administration system to meet specific business requirements.
  • Data Management ensure accurate data entry and maintenance within the system.
  • Compliance ensures all policies and procedures comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Customer Support Provide support to internal and external stakeholders regarding policy related inquiries and issues.
  • Process Improvement Identify and implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency and user experience.


Required Skills:

  • Technical Proficiency Familiarity with policy administration systems and insurance software.
