Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Public Relations (PR) Manager to join our Gurgaon office. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and media relations, with a proven ability to enhance brand reputation, manage communication strategies, and establish strong media relationships. You will play a key role in building Protein World’s visibility and credibility across India and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic PR plan to enhance Protein World’s brand image and reputation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, bloggers, and media outlets.
  • Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
  • Coordinate and manage media coverage, interviews, and press events.
  • Monitor media coverage and report on the effectiveness of PR campaigns.
  • Handle crisis communication, ensuring the brand is protected and positioned positively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align PR efforts with marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and ensure timely responses to newsworthy opportunities.
  • Manage Protein World’s participation in trade shows, events, and conferences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in PR, media relations, or communications.
  • Proven experience in securing media coverage and managing press relations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories.
  • Strong knowledge of media outlets, journalists, and influencers, especially in the health, wellness, and lifestyle industries.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in monitoring PR performance metrics.
  • A creative and proactive approach to PR strategy.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with health, wellness, or fitness brands.
  • Knowledge of digital PR, SEO, and social media integration.
  • Proficiency in event planning and execution.
