What is the role that we need? The Marketing Manager is in charge of creating and carrying out marketing plans that support the company's goals. This role includes leading a talented marketing team, improving both online and offline marketing channels, and using data to boost brand visibility, engage customers, and generate leads. Key tasks include developing marketing campaigns, managing budgets, working with other teams, and ensuring a smooth experience for customers. The Marketing Manager also oversees the creation of marketing materials and works with outside vendors when needed.


Specific Duties and Responsibilities:


Marketing Strategy


  • Create and implement a clear marketing plan to raise brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales.
  • Study market trends and customer feedback to guide marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to ensure marketing aligns with business goals.
  • Find new growth opportunities and improve marketing efforts to stay competitive.


Marketing Campaigns


  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms, social media, email, and traditional media.
  • Ensure all marketing messages are consistent across different platforms.
  • Measure how well campaigns perform, adjust strategies as needed, and report results to management.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials like brochures, presentations, videos, and website content.


Digital Marketing


  • Improve digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Manage the company’s website to enhance user experience and increase lead conversion.
  • Implement marketing automation tools to better engage customers.
  • Work with IT and outside vendors to set up digital marketing technologies.


Budget Management


  • Manage the marketing budget to ensure resources are used effectively for the best return on investment (ROI).
  • Collaborate with finance teams to track spending and measure campaign performance.


Team Leadership


  • Lead a team of marketing professionals by providing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Set goals for the team to ensure targets are met.
  • Create a positive work environment that motivates the team.


Cross-Functional Collaboration


  • Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to align on marketing strategies.
  • Act as the main contact for outside marketing vendors and consultants.
  • Ensure good communication between the marketing department and other key business units.


Customer Experience


  • Focus on improving the customer experience from lead generation to post-purchase engagement.
  • Optimize the customer journey to build loyalty and retain customers.


Market Research and Analysis


  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences.
  • Use data analytics tools to track performance and make informed decisions.
  • Provide insights based on market data.


People & Performance Management
