Technical Sales Lead Manager Location: NIBM (Kondhwa) Pune Shift: US EST (6 PM to 3 AM IST) Worksite: 5 days onsite/ Week Experience: 3 to 4+ Years in Technical Sales We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Lead to spearhead our Business Development and Sales Department . Lead and manage the sales and business development team to achieve organizational targets. Develop and execute sales strategies for SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS-based products and services . Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. Proven experience in technical sales and business development, preferably in IT services or cloud solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Leadership experience with a track record of achieving sales targets. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics. Shift: US Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST) Location: Onsite from our Pune office
