Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic Salesforce Administrator join our team.
In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with business operations and to create and optimize workflow processes.
Responsibilities: Daily administration and support of Salesforce users including data quality maintenance, troubleshooting support and implementation of enhanced functionalities.
Coordinate and perform system upgrades and product releases to ensure long-term platform sustainability.
Perform system configuration activities that include but not limited to approvals/flows, system errors, assignment/validation rules, sandbox configuration, data management, tickets resolution, etc.
Continuously strive to bring new solutions and tweaks to existing features to improve productivity and support work take-out initiatives within Sales Cloud/ Service Cloud/CPQ.
Main Responsibilities (continued): Work with external vendors, third party providers and developers as part of product support functions.
Create and maintain process and system-related documentation.
Provide trainings to business stakeholders on Sales Cloud/CPQ/Service Cloud functionalities.
Partner with business and Information Technology (IT) teams to prioritize project implementations, ensuring timelines, communication and requirements are met effectively.
Support with projects pipeline management and ad-hoc reporting to deliver metrics on commercial performance to help identify key areas for improvement opportunities.
Qualifications: Proven ability to be independent, resourceful and effective with minimal direction • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with IT and business stakeholders • Excellent customer service standards when working with external and internal partners.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into design and development of business applications.
• Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven change management experience in managing project implementations and merges and acquisitions lifecycles.

Experience & Certification Requirements: • Certified Salesforce admin (additional certifications are a plus)• 3-4 years of Salesforce administration experience (development experience is not required but is a plus) o Experience with Salesforce Flows is required o Experience with Salesforce access management and object management is required o Salesforce CPQ experience is preferred o Salesforce service cloud experience is preferred • Demonstrated ability to support Salesforce end users with user management and issue resolution Key Relationships: Commercial & Business Organization, Sales and Technology & Innovation Teams, Information Technology (IT), Marketing Communication, External Vendors and Support Providers (Salesforce.com, OWN, USEReady, etc.) System Soft Technologies is a proud equal employment opportunity employer.
