Role Overview:
As a Senior Executive focused on Social Media, Content Strategy and Performance Assets at Nykaa, you will be responsible for managing content creation, supporting campaign execution, and driving community engagement across Nykaa’s digital platforms. This role requires a mix of creative and analytical skills to develop effective performance assets, manage campaigns, cover events, and engage the community to boost brand presence and drive measurable results. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that content strategies align with overall marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Strategy & Creation
- Develop and implement social media & content strategies for performance marketing assets across various digital channels, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and goals.
- Create innovative and high-quality content for Instagram primarily, as well as Pinterest, Twitter, You Tube, and Snapchat.
- Work with creative teams to produce compelling, on-brand assets (videos, images, ads) tailored for different social media and paid platforms.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance content engagement, including planning content for campaigns, launches, and promotions.
2. Campaign Management
- Support campaign planning and execution across paid social, search, and display channels to drive conversions and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align performance assets with campaign objectives, ensuring delivery of high-impact visuals and messaging.
- Manage timelines and coordination for campaign deliverables, including asset creation, adaptation, and rollout.
3. Event Coverage
- Attend and cover relevant events, both internal and external, to create real-time content for social media platforms.
- Assist in strategizing and producing event-related content (live videos, behind-the-scenes, interviews) that resonates with the Nykaa community and enhances brand visibility.
4. Community Engagement
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster positive relationships across social media channels.
- Collaborate with team to implement community engagement initiatives, supporting positive brand sentiment and growing follower engagement.
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of content assets and campaigns across platforms, identifying key trends and insights.
- Use data to assess the effectiveness of performance assets and provide actionable recommendations to optimize future campaigns and content strategies.
- Regularly monitor KPIs such as CTR, engagement rate, and conversions to ensure that content performance aligns with business goals.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
1-4 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or performance marketing, preferably in an e-commerce or beauty/fashion environment.
Proficiency with content creation required and knowledge and expertise in analytics tools is plus. (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
Proficiency in content creation tools and software (e.g., Insta reel edits, Canva, In shot).
Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, You Tube, and Snapchat.
Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in social media management, including community engagement and event coverage.
Knowledge of content strategies for different digital marketing channels.
Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail and an ability to adapt content to fit various formats.
