Company Description Rostfrei Steels Pvt Ltd is a leading manufacturer and supplier of Liquid Storage Tanks, Grain Storage Silos, and PEB sheds. Rostfrei Steels ensures global quality standards and provides after-sales support services to guarantee optimal performance of their products. We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Plant Head to lead and manage complete factory operations and overseeing everything from store management, production, PPC to timely dispatch of all projects , ensuring efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement across all units. Experience ~ 15+ years B.Tech / B.E./ in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Electrical. MBA/CFA (Operations/Industrial Management). Professional Experience: Strong background in manufacturing operations Experience in steel fabrication , steel components , or industrial machinery Overall Factory Leadership Full responsibility for end-to-end factory operations—from Production Planning & Control (PPC) to final dispatch and supply . Ensuring smooth coordination and workflow across all levels of the factory. Acting as the central link between Sales, Design, Manufacturing, QC, Store, Purchase, and Dispatch . On-time project completion Joining client calls/VC meetings to resolve dispatch or production-related issues. Machine Maintenance & Documentation Overseeing preventive maintenance and AMC for all machines. Designing, implementing, and monitoring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for: Store & inventory Manufacturing of all products QC processes Dispatch & packing procedures Ensuring adherence, periodic updating, and team training for all SOPs. Implementing cost-monitoring dashboards and reporting to COO. Daily Factory Monitoring Daily walk-throughs of production areas to: Check store accuracy and FIFO adherence Managing a workforce of 300+ team members , with direct reporting to the COO . Ensuring discipline, worker safety, continuous skill development, and maintaining high team morale.
