LOOKING FOR IMMEDIATE JOINERS We are looking for a skilled and proactive Senior IT Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts by sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier IT professionals. As a senior member of the recruiting team (without management responsibilities), you will be hands-on in managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles and act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams. This role requires strong technical recruiting experience, creative sourcing abilities, and a deep understanding of the IT job market. Own full-cycle recruitment for IT and technical positions Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social platforms, and direct outreach Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process Track recruitment activity and update applicant tracking system (ATS) Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5-8 years of experience in IT/technical recruitment (agency or in-house) Proficient in sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, etc.) Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Experience recruiting across different regions (e.g., US, APAC, EMEA) Familiarity with contract and permanent hiring models
