Job Summary:LOOKING FOR IMMEDIATE JOINERS We are looking for a skilled and proactive Senior IT Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts by sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier IT professionals. As a senior member of the recruiting team (without management responsibilities), you will be hands-on in managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles and act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams.This role requires strong technical recruiting experience, creative sourcing abilities, and a deep understanding of the IT job market.Key Responsibilities:Own full-cycle recruitment for IT and technical positionsPartner closely with hiring teams to define role requirements and candidate profilesSource qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social platforms, and direct outreachScreen and evaluate candidates for technical fit and cultural alignmentSchedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams and candidatesEnsure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the processTrack recruitment activity and update applicant tracking system (ATS)Provide regular updates and insights to recruiters and hiring teamsMaintain a pipeline of pre-qualified candidates for future hiring needsRequirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience5-8 years of experience in IT/technical recruitment (agency or in-house)Strong understanding of IT roles, technical skills, and terminologyProficient in sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, etc.)Excellent communication and relationship-building skillsHighly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple open rolesExperience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, iCIMS, or similar)Preferred Qualifications:Experience recruiting across different regions (e.g., US, APAC, EMEA)Familiarity with contract and permanent hiring modelsKnowledge of basic HR and employment compliance related to recruiting
