We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Program Manager to lead our undergraduate customer lifecycle pre-sales initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, user engagement, and market expansion for our educational technology products and services.
Job Description
- Support the sales team by improving processes, measuring outcomes, tracking performance, and providing relevant analytics.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine the lead qualification process, analyse campaign performance, and develop reporting dashboards.
- Partner with Sales to create and maintain accurate sales forecasting models and data.
- Enhance sales productivity by simplifying processes, including automating tasks like Excel work.
- Manage and ensure adherence to sales processes across the team.
- Develop and deliver executive dashboard reports on a fortnightly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Track and analyze key metrics such as pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment.
- Gather and clean user data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Utilise statistical and predictive techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum education qualification: BE / BTech / BSc / BCA in IT / IS / CS.
- Minimum years of experience: 1+ years.
- Proficiency in using Leadsquared CRM is a MUST.
- Experience with SQL and Webengage is a big plus.
- Immediate joiners will be given the highest priority.
- You will transition to become the POC or Owner of the organisation’s CRM, so a strong sense of ownership is a MUST.
- The candidate should have knowledge of backend technology, including the ability to understand API calls and data flows, and interact effectively with the engineering team.
- Demonstrating analytical skills: Interpreting complex data sets and extracting meaningful insights. Utilizing Excel / G-Sheets, SQL, Tableau, or Python tools for data analysis.
- The candidate should be well-versed in using Metabase or similar BI tools for data visualization, reporting, and conducting in-depth data analysis to support business decisions.
- The candidate should have strong experience with WebEngage or similar customer engagement platforms for managing campaigns, automating workflows, and analyzing user behavior and engagement metrics.
- The candidate should be proficient in using Leadsquared CRM for managing leads, tracking sales activities, and optimizing customer relationship management processes.
- Applying business acumen: Understanding sales processes, market dynamics, and revenue generation strategies.
- Fostering teamwork and collaboration: Collaborating effectively with sales teams, managers, and cross-functional departments.
