JD for Technical Manager:Looking for Immediate joiners onlyRole SummaryWe’re seeking a hands-on technology leader to take ownership of the modernization, scalability, and delivery speed of our LOS platform. You'll drive architecture transformation, guide engineering execution, and lead the charge in delivering new features faster — ensuring the platform scales to meet growing customer demands and supports Gen AI/LLM-based capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct an end-to-end technical review of the existing platform (Java, Node.js, ReactJS, PostgreSQL on AWS)Lead the effort to break monolithic microservice to modular or microservices-based designArchitect a high-performance system to support concurrent users, complex workflows, and scalable deploymentOptimize PostgreSQL performance, indexing, and schema design for real-time financial data processingEnable rapid delivery through CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and robust DevOps practicesDrive modernization of the React-based front end for better performance and maintainabilityCollaborate with Product, QA, and Design teams to prioritize and launch high-impact features including financial spreading, credit memo automation, rent roll analytics, and AI-driven loan insightsIntegrate Gen AI and LLM technologies into core workflows (document parsing, memo generation, underwriting)Own reliability, observability, and uptime — ensuring system stability across all client environmentsRequired Skills10 to 14 years of strong hands-on expertise in Java and Node.js for high-throughput backend systemsExperience refactoring monolithic applications into microservices or modular servicesDeep experience with PostgreSQL performance tuning , query optimization, and indexing strategiesStrong command of ReactJS , with emphasis on front-end performance and component-based architectureProven ability to lead architecture decisions in AWS-based environmentsSolid understanding of CI/CD , Docker, infrastructure-as-code, and deployment automationExperience integrating GenAI/LLMs or working with AI infrastructure (e.g., vector DBs, model APIs)Demonstrated success in leading engineering teams through modernization effortsExcellent debugging, profiling, and system performance tuning capabilitiesPreferred QualificationsExperience building or scaling commercial lending or financial SaaS platformsFamiliarity with financial spreading, rent roll analysis, DSCR, NOI, Cap Rate calculationsUnderstanding of event-driven architecture and tools like Kafka, RabbitMQExperience with observability tools (Datadog, New Relic, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana)Familiarity with DevOps/SRE principles and maintaining production-grade SaaS platforms
