Primary Responsibilities for Pharma Packaging - Sales
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in B2 B sales of Pharma Packaging.
Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the pharma segment.
Identify and prospect new clients within the pharmaceutical industry, including Pharma packaging manufacturers, contract packaging companies, and contract research organizations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions to meet their requirements.
Provide product information, technical support, and assistance to clients regarding pharmaceutical packaging products.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and the competitive landscape within the Pharma packaging industry.
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotas, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and closing sales deals.
Monitor and report on sales activities, market trends, and compe3tor ac3vi3es to management.
