The ideal candidate should be very tech and social media savvy and have a keen interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.Key Responsibilities:Assist in sourcing, screening , and shortlisting candidates for various roles (both Tech and Non-Tech ).Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate databases .Support the recruitment team in daily hiring operations .Develop validated candidate databaseRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in any field.1–3 years of experience in recruitment/TAStrong convincing and selling acumen.Strong communication and coordination skills.Good head hunting skills and knowledge of boolean searchWillingness to work fully from office in south Kolkata.Additional Information:Remuneration would be as per market standards.
