Job Title: HR Recruitment ExecutiveLocation: KolkataEmployment Type: Full-timeExperience: 1–3 yearsPreferredAbout the Role:We are looking for a HR Recruitment Executive to join our client in their Kolkata office. The ideal candidate should be very tech and social media savvy and have a keen interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles (both Tech and Non-Tech).- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate databases.- Support the recruitment team in daily hiring operations.- Develop validated candidate databaseRequirements:- Bachelor’s degree in any field.- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment/TA- Strong convincing and selling acumen.- Strong communication and coordination skills.- Good head hunting skills and knowledge of boolean search- Willingness to work fully from office in south Kolkata.Additional Information:- Remuneration would be as per market standards.
