Job Title: HR Recruitment Executive Location: Kolkata Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 1–3 years Preferred About the Role: We are looking for a HR Recruitment Executive to join our client in their Kolkata office. The ideal candidate should be very tech and social media savvy and have a keen interest in recruitment and talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing, screening , and shortlisting candidates for various roles (both Tech and Non-Tech ). Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate databases . Support the recruitment team in daily hiring operations . Develop validated candidate database Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any field. 1–3 years of experience in recruitment/TA Strong convincing and selling acumen. Strong communication and coordination skills. Good head hunting skills and knowledge of boolean search Willingness to work fully from office in south Kolkata. Additional Information: Remuneration would be as per market standards.
