About the Role
The role involves engaging with potential customers over the phone, explaining property-related services, and driving successful lead conversions. The ideal candidate must have a strong telesales background and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound and inbound calls to prospective property buyers and tenants.
- Explain and promote real estate offerings (primary & secondary properties).
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable property options.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and closures in CRM.
- Collaborate with the on-ground sales and operations teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of telesales/inside sales experience (real estate experience preferred).
- Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
- Ability to explain real estate offerings confidently and handle objections.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in English (Arabic/Hindi would be an added plus).
- Customer-focused, motivated, and target-driven persona.
