Part time job offer for loan process. Students/ housewives also can apply A Telesales Executive – Loan Process is responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining loan products, and convincing them to apply. The role focuses on generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and achieving sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships. Telesales Executives working in the loan process must have excellent communication and persuasion skills, as they deal with individuals and businesses who require financial assistance through loans such as personal loans, business loans, home loans, or vehicle loans. This position is a blend of sales, customer service, and product knowledge, ensuring that customers receive the right financial solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting Contact potential customers through outbound calls, lead lists, or referrals. Identify prospects who may require loan services and qualify them based on eligibility criteria. Maintain an updated database of leads in CRM systems. Customer Interaction & Loan Consultation Explain different loan products (personal, business, home, auto, etc.) in a clear and convincing manner. Answer customer queries regarding interest rates, repayment terms, eligibility, documentation, and benefits. Suggest suitable loan options based on customer needs and financial capacity. Sales Conversion Convince customers to apply for loans through persuasive communication. Handle objections effectively and provide solutions to customer concerns. Ensure timely follow-up calls to close sales. Documentation & Processing Guide customers in completing loan application forms and collecting necessary documents (ID proof, income proof, bank statements, etc.). Coordinate with the back-office/loan processing team to ensure smooth application handling. Track the status of loan applications and update customers regularly. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Handle post-sales support and address customer issues related to loan processing. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication. Target Achievement Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets set by management. Work under pressure to achieve loan disbursement goals. Provide daily reports on call volume, conversions, and sales performance. Compliance & Quality Follow company policies, telecalling scripts, and RBI/regulatory guidelines. Ensure accurate information is provided to customers without misrepresentation. Maintain confidentiality of customer financial details and personal information. Required Skills & Competencies Communication Skills: Fluent in local language, Hindi, and English (as required). Sales & Persuasion Ability: Strong convincing skills to convert leads into loan applications. Product Knowledge: Understanding of loan products, interest rates, and banking procedures. Customer Service Orientation: Ability to handle customer concerns patiently and professionally. Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve objections and guide customers effectively. Time Management: Handling a high volume of calls daily while meeting targets. Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office, and loan processing systems.
