We are looking to add a Technical Marketing Engineer to our RUCKUS Networks’ Technical Marketing team. Technical knowledge and experience of Wired (Switching) and Wi-Fi Enterprise Networks is a must and we are looking for talent with 7 to 15 yrs experience About the Role: As a hands-on Technical Marketing Engineer, you will participate in: Technical Content Development: Create compelling technical content including but not limited to reference architectures, best practice guides, feature notes, technical briefs, presentations, and demo videos that effectively showcase the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our products and solutions. Pre-Sales/SE Enablement: Collaborate with the SE team to develop SE enablement tools and resources such as technical training materials, competitive battle cards, solution guides, and customer-facing technical presentations to support the sales engineering process and drive revenue growth. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to align technical marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and ensure consistency in messaging and positioning. Support the field teams and partners in responding with formal responses to documents such as RFI/RFQ/RFP. 7+ years relevant work experience as a technical marketing engineer / solutions engineer / sales engineer / technical support engineer / software engineer ~ Experience on as many of these as possible: Campus Networking technologies Cloud networking Network Analytics Network security as it relates to campus networking Network design Working knowledge of: AI/ML and AIOps Experience with scripting languages Experience utilizing test tools such as Wireshark, Chariot, and similar networking test tools Willingness to travel across the globe – up to 10% of the time Configuration of complex wireless and LAN environments
