The ideal candidate will serve as a vital support resource for senior executives, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and proficiency in managing complex schedules. This individual should be comfortable handling email correspondence on behalf of senior leadership, drafting high-quality documents, and providing thorough assistance with meeting preparations to ensure smooth executive operations. Additionally, the candidate should bring a strong foundation in sales, data analysis, and social media management to support strategic initiatives and enhance the organization’s online presence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling and optimal time management
- Prepare for meetings by gathering and organizing relevant information and materials
- Handle email correspondence and document requests on behalf of executives, ensuring timely and professional responses
- Draft presentations, meeting notes, and other essential documents.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including candidate outreach and coordination
- Utilize skills in sales, marketing, and data analysis to provide insights that contribute to strategic decision-making
- Oversee social media management to enhance the company’s online presence and support brand initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience
- Must have 3-4 years of experience supporting top-level management
