• Prepare detailed cost estimates and assist in budgeting during various stages of the project.
• Administer pre- and post-contract documentation, including Bills of Quantities (BOQs), tender evaluations, etc.
• Evaluate and verify variations, claims, and extension of time (EOT) requests in coordination with the site team.
• Monitor project costs, identify potential overruns, and recommend corrective measures.
• Prepare and maintain accurate cost reports and forecasts throughout the project lifecycle.Required Skills:
• Proficiency in quantity take-offs, cost planning, and value engineering.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and/or QS-related software tools.
• Strong analytical, Numerical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of project fundamentals, project items and quantity distributions.Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or quantity surveying.
• Proven track record in mixed-use, residential, or high-rise developments.
• 5-7 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with consultant-side exposure in the UAE.Our Expectations & Your Opportunity:
