We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Pre-Contract MEP Quantity Surveying team in Hyderabad.

Job Title: Mechanical Engineer Quantity Surveyor

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in measuring quantities on Indian projects with well-known MEP contractors.
  • Proficiency in autocad, costx, planswift, bluebeam, and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with international methods of measurement (POMI, CESMM, SMM7, NRM2).

Preferred candidates will have previous consulting experience, but those transitioning from contractors will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Measuring quantities and preparing bills of quantities and estimates.
  • Working on large-scale middle east projects.

Requirements:

  • Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quantity surveying.
  • Autocad, costx, planswift, bluebeam skills required.
  • Familiarity with international methods of measurement essential.
