As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for finalizing fundamental engineering concepts in various disciplines. Your expertise will be utilized to review and approve MEP services drawings and documents provided by consulting firms.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in finalizing basic and detailed engineering concepts (Mechanical/HVAC/Modular Panel/Utility/Firefighting & other disciplines, as applicable).
  • Review and Approve MEP services drawings and documents supplied by the consulting firm.
  • Evaluate installation and execution of MEP package services against Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Engineering Practices (GEP), ISPE & other relevant standards.
  • Perform an in-depth analysis of project schedules and estimated costs.
  • Oversee onsite and offsite MEP services to ensure compliance with building and safety regulations.
  • Conduct weekly coordination meetings with all consultants and contractors.
  • Mediate any conflicts between various contractors and consultants.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 8-10 years of experience in Pharmaceutical/Chemical/FMCG Industry.
  • Deep understanding of Project MEP services like Mechanical/Piping/HVAC/Clean room / Black & Clean Utility services within pharmaceutical Formulation facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of Project management including - Project planning, Cost Management, Time Management, Construction management, Quality Management, Contract Administration, Safety Management & required Statutory approvals management.

Additional Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
  • Excellent English language skills - both spoken and written.
