Job description for HR Manager Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented HR Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing data to inform business decisions, developing and maintaining databases and information systems, and generating reports,day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and HR data management
The HR manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that information is accurate, timely, and relevant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to generate reports and dashboards that inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain databases and information systems to ensure that data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- Monitor data quality and integrity to ensure that information is reliable and consistent.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions to address them.
- Provide training and support to users to ensure that they can effectively use information systems and databases.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in MIS to continuously improve processes and systems.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and policies.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process, including preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, setting up new hires in HR systems, and conducting exit interviews.
- Process payroll and benefits administration, including tracking time and attendance, managing employee benefits, and ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries.
- Manage HR data and reporting, including maintaining employee records, generating HR reports, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Requirements:
-Having Bachelor's /Master Degree
- Proven experience in a MIS or related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of data protection regulations and policies.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems, such as Workday, ADP, or SAP.
