About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Associate Director – Project Management to lead our Process Engineering Simulation Team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in process design and simulation using Aspen HYSYS and Honeywell UniSim , with proven experience in managing large-scale engineering projects and leading cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the Process Engineering Simulation team to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.Manage complete project lifecycles — planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.Provide technical leadership in process simulation, design, and optimization.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including engineering, product, and business teams.Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Mentor and guide engineers on process simulation tools and methodologies.Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and technical practices.Support proposal development, project estimation, and client presentations.Identify project risks and develop effective mitigation plans.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering .12–18 years of experience in Process Engineering / Process Simulation .Strong hands-on expertise in Aspen HYSYS and Honeywell UniSim .Proven experience in Project Management of process simulation and design projects.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.PMP certification or equivalent is desirable.Experience working with global clients and multi-disciplinary teams preferred.Key CompetenciesExpertise in process modeling and simulationStrategic planning and leadershipExcellent project execution and delivery managementStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesClient relationship managementWhy Join UsLead a specialized Process Engineering Simulation team with global project exposure.Work in a collaborative and innovation-driven environment.Attractive compensation, leadership growth, and professional development opportunities.
